841 Extra is ideal for stop, start, and slow speed applications. Conformance to ASTM chemical and physical properties.
Max Temperature 220F
Oil Impregnated with SAE 90 oil with a finely dispersed PTFE. The PTFE oil greatly reduces friction and helps to develop a full lubrication film which is especially required on start up. Self-Lubricating. Non Magnetic- Max PV 50,000, Max P 2,000 psi, Max V 1,200 sfpm
These sintered bronze bushings also provide a smoother and quieter operation, an easier break-in period and longer bearing life.
Standard off-the-shelf 841 Extra Oil Impregnated bronze bearings should function satisfactorily in temperatures up to 220F.
